Rainbows

Rainbows sits in a quiet enclave of a private lakeside estate at Crossways, near Dorchester and close to Warmwell. The open-plan living space is the centre of the lodge, with a wood burner (the first basket of logs is supplied), a sofa, a Smart TV and a rustic dining table. The kitchen has a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge/freezer.

Upstairs are four bedrooms. Two doubles have en-suite shower rooms. A bunk bedroom and a single room complete the layout, and a family bathroom has a bath and a WC. A separate WC is also provided. The lodge is booked for seven guests.

Sliding doors from the lounge open onto the rear decking, an enclosed decked terrace with outdoor furniture, seating for eight and a charcoal BBQ. One car can park at the property, with EV charging, and further parking nearby. The pub, shop and cafes are within 1 mile of the lodge, and the beach is 5 miles away.

A refundable security deposit is paid direct to the site, and access to the pool and spa is payable on arrival. No dogs are allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The lodge suits a family of up to seven who want a bunk room for the children and two en-suite doubles, with the estate's amenities close at hand.
