Monaloe

Monaloe is a bay-fronted terraced house in Weymouth, close to the Rodwell Trail walking and cycling route and less than half a mile from the harbour. The pub, shop and beach are each less than a mile away. Steps lead up to the front door.

From the hallway you go straight into the dining room, which is linked to the living room by folding doors. Each room has a feature fireplace and wood flooring, and the living room has a Smart TV and a DVD player. The staircase to the first floor rises from the dining room, and the kitchen, with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, is close by. A ground-floor wet room with a WC is nearby.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are a king-size, a double and a twin, and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. That makes two bathrooms in all.

A hallway links the kitchen and dining room to the courtyard garden at the back, which is fully enclosed and furnished, with a raised border and outdoor lighting. Parking is unallocated and on the street. Three dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in opens at 16:00, with check-out before 10:00. The house suits a family or a group of friends of up to six, with up to three dogs, who want to leave the car and explore Weymouth on foot.
