Morse Cottage

Morse Cottage is a traditional stone cottage in a quiet spot about a mile from Lyme Regis, and it sleeps two in a single double bedroom. The beach, pubs and shops are all 1 mile away. The walk into town runs downhill through woods and fields and along the river, and Lyme Regis golf club, which is open to non-members and has a bar and restaurant, is 0.5 miles off.

A private door opens into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a TV and an electric flame-effect fire. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice compartment, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Because the cottage sits in the eaves, some areas of the first floor have restricted head height.

The patio at the front has furniture and views across a shared lawn with picnic benches, a pond and a paddock with seating. The off-road parking space is about 15 metres from the cottage.

Infants and children are not accepted, because of the space and layout, and dogs are not allowed. It suits a couple without children who want a quiet base within a mile of town.
