Nautical Breeze

Nautical Breeze is a second-floor apartment in the middle of Weymouth. Sliding doors from the living/dining room lead to a small balcony with a table and chairs, which has distant harbour views to the left, and the king-size bedroom has patio doors to the same balcony.

The second bedroom is a twin, so the apartment sleeps four, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The separate kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the living room has a Smart TV and WiFi. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

A lift serves the apartment, but it should not be solely relied on, since the stairs are the only route if it is out of service. Parking is on the road: one zone G and H on-road parking permit for the nearby area is available until 21 January 2027, though a space cannot be guaranteed and the permit is subject to council renewal. Other options are the Britannia, Cosens Quay and harbourside pay and display car parks, a few minutes on foot.

A pub and a shop are within 0.1 mile. No pets and no smoking are allowed. It suits a couple or a small family who want a balcony and a flat in the town centre.
