Nelly's

Nelly's is a second-floor apartment for four in Swanage. The shop is 150 metres away, the beach 300 metres and the pub 350 metres. You climb to the second floor of the building and walk straight into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room.

Large patio doors in the main room open towards the sea, and the balcony has seating and a view towards the water in the distance. Soft seating faces a Smart TV, and the kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box. A table and chairs sit in the dining area. A welcome pack is provided, and the apartment has internet access.

The two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. There is private parking for one car. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Please bring beach towels. The pier, where you can book a boat trip or try water sports, is 0.5 miles away, and the balcony is a place to sit out on fine days.

Dogs are not allowed. The apartment suits two couples, or a family with two children, who want a balcony and a parking space but are happy to climb to the second floor and walk to the sea.
