Net Loft

Net Loft is a second-floor apartment looking over the inner harbour in the centre of Weymouth. The open-plan living area has views along the harbour, and a pub and the water itself are on the doorstep, with a shop two minutes' walk away.

The living area holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Equipment includes an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with a TV, a DVD player and WiFi. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The apartment has two bedrooms: a double, and a room with 2ft 6in bunk beds. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A cot, a highchair and a baby monitor are available on request, and guests bring their own cot linen. Stairs lead up to the second floor.

A shared patio with furniture overlooks the inner harbour, reached by steps down. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Festivals can bring road closures and parking restrictions. Parties that are all male or all female are not accepted. Guests pay a good-housekeeping bond. The apartment suits a family of four, or a couple with friends, who want shops, the cinema and the harbour within a few minutes' walk.
