Netton House

Netton House is a two-bedroom house in Swanage, with a shop and a pub 500 metres away and the beach half a mile off. Walkers can pick up the South West Coast Path 100 metres from the door, and Durlston Country Park is a half-mile walk. The living space is up a flight of stairs from the entrance: an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with underfloor heating, a breakfast bar and a dining table.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are back downstairs. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a small double with its own en-suite shower room. The family bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower over it, and it connects to the first bedroom as well as to the hall. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, a microwave, an under-counter fridge, a wine fridge and a dishwasher. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are kept at the side of the property.

Outside is a courtyard garden with decking and garden furniture, and there is private parking for one car. A smart TV and a radio are provided, and guests should bring their own beach towels. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am.

The house suits a couple, two couples or friends sharing who want to walk to the town, the beach and the coast path without using the car, and who are happy with stairs between the bedrooms and the living space.
