Norden Cottage

Norden Cottage is a three-bedroom home in Osmington, a small village on the Dorset coast path with the shop 0.5 miles away and a pub 0.4 miles off. Preston is 1.8 miles. The sitting room has a woodburning stove, and the rent covers a starter pack for it along with power, bed linen and towels. There is also a kitchen, a dining room, a gas oven and hob, a microwave and a washing machine.

The double bedroom has its own television, and the twin and single bring the total to five. The bath upstairs is freestanding, and a ground-floor bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Expect steps up to the property and up to the bedrooms, low beams around the property and a sloping ceiling in the bathroom. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

The front garden is enclosed, with lawn, gravel and furniture, and off-road parking takes one car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Both televisions carry on-demand services only. It suits a family or a group of friends with a dog or two who are comfortable with stairs and low ceilings.
