The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an icebox, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. The single bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. Central heating is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am.

Outside is a garden with a patio and furniture, and off-road parking for up to four cars. A shop is 1.3 miles away and a lake 0.8 miles. No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. With a bunk-bed family room and space for several cars, it suits a family of up to six, or friends travelling together.
