Thyme Cottage

Thyme Cottage is a house at Osmington, near Weymouth, with its living rooms on the ground floor and its three bedrooms upstairs: a double with an en-suite shower room and WC, and two twins that use the larger shower room with WC nearby. It sleeps six.

The lounge looks two ways and has a TV with DVD player and a flame-effect gas fire, and a door straight out to the garden. Across the hall is a dining room, where the table seats six and a child's high chair is provided. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. There is a ground-floor WC and a cupboard for coats, plus a Hi-Fi and a selection of books to borrow.

The garden is split in two: a gravel-covered front garden with small trees, shrubs and climbers, and the main garden at the side, built around a summerhouse with seating. Two cars can use the allocated parking, but electric car charging is not permitted at the property. Central heating is included.

The farm shop and cafe are less than a quarter of a mile away, the beach is 1.3 miles, the pub 1.5 miles and the local shops 2 miles. One dog is allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. It suits a family or three couples who want a garden with a summerhouse.
