Nuttall Cottage

Nuttall Cottage is built of local Purbeck stone in the centre of Swanage. The town centre, the beach, a sauna hut, the shops and the pub are all within 300 metres. The steam railway station is 200 metres off, and the South West Coast Path 300 metres.

The hall leads into an open-plan lounge and dining room with exposed stone walls, a Smart TV and a coffee table. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine and a WC.

On the first floor are a double bedroom and a king-size bedroom with a workspace, plus the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath, and a separate shower room. The second floor holds a king-size bedroom under the eaves, with a skylight, stone walls and wooden beams.

At the back is a compact enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Parking is on the street and depends on availability. The cottage takes two dogs, and additional charges may apply. Two travel cots and two highchairs can be provided on request. The cottage suits a family or friends with dogs. You can hear the steam train whistle from the cottage, and the church bells of St Mary the Virgin on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.
