Ocean Breeze is a first-floor apartment in Weymouth, reached by stairs from the street. A shop and a pub are 0.1 miles away, and the beach, the river and the marina are all 0.2 miles off. The living area is open plan, with the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area in one space. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, plus a kettle and a toaster.

Of the three bedrooms, two are doubles and the third is a single with a desk, handy for anyone who needs to work during the stay. The shower room has a walk-in shower, and a separate cloakroom has a basin and WC. Central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and the apartment has a TV and WiFi.

Parking is in a local car park, payable on site. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am. One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. With room for five over three bedrooms, it suits friends or a family, with or without a dog, who are happy to climb the stairs.
