Ocean Swell

Ocean Swell is a three-storey cottage close to the harbour and town centre in Weymouth, sleeping up to six. The two twin single bedrooms and the only shower room are on the first floor, and the double bedroom is on the top floor. A large sitting room is on the ground floor, along with a kitchen and a dining room.

The stairs to both upper floors are narrow and steep, with limited headroom, so the cottage will not suit anyone who struggles with stairs. There is an external WC with a basin, and an external utility room. Gas central heating, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, Sky TV, a DVD player and WiFi are all in place, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Behind the cottage a patio has garden furniture for sitting out. Parking is on the road, first come first served; it is currently unrestricted, but check the road signs in case that changes. The shop and a pub are about five minutes away, and the beach is about a mile away. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The cottage suits a family or two couples who are happy with stairs and a single bathroom.
