Ocean Watch 1

Ocean Watch 1 is a renovated apartment in a development in Greenhill, an area of Weymouth. Patio doors from the sitting room open onto a balcony with sea views, looking across the bowling green. The kitchen-diner has an oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The king-size room has patio doors to the back patio, which has steps down and a table and chairs, and the other bedroom has a double bed. One shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves both. A washer/dryer, a television with DVD player and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The apartment is all on one floor, apart from the steps up to the main entrance. Parking is off-road for one car, and the patio door from the first bedroom also leads out to the parking area. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The apartment is well placed for Weymouth's main beach, the town centre is a casual stroll away, and the Sea Life Centre and Lodmoor Country Park are a few minutes' walk. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are a 30-minute drive. It suits a couple, or a small family, who want a sea-view balcony close to the main beach.
