Ocean Wave

Ocean Wave is an apartment backing on to the Esplanade at Greenhill, on the quieter side of Weymouth. Its own enclosed garden is terraced, with a patio, a lawn and a separate barbecue area, and a gate leads out to the promenade and the shingle beach. It is a level walk of about 15 minutes along the sea front to the town centre.

Steps are part of the layout. A flight of steps leads down from the parking area to the courtyard, there is a large step down into the hallway, and three flights of steps, some double-sized, go down the garden to the rear gate. The parking space is double length and fits two small to medium cars.

The kitchen has an oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The sitting room doubles as a dining room, with French-style patio doors to the garden and a feature fireplace that is for decoration only, so open fires are not allowed. One bedroom is a twin with sea views, and the other has a king-size bed and a second TV. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower, a basin and a WC. A cot is available. WiFi, gas central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included.

Smoking is not allowed, and one well-behaved dog is welcome. The apartment suits a couple, or two couples, who want a private garden by the beach and can manage the steps.
