ODYSEA is a mid-terrace cottage in Weymouth with three bathrooms: an en-suite shower room, a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over, and a ground-floor shower room with a WC. The rear gate leads to a 5-minute walk to the sea, Newton's Cove and the Nothe Gardens. Boat trips, crabbing and rock pooling are close by.

Downstairs, a tiled entrance hall leads to a front snug for the TV and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room that looks onto the garden. Kitchen appliances are an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and the separate utility holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. Gas central heating comes from a combi boiler, and utilities, Wi-Fi, hotel-quality bed linen and towels are included.

Upstairs, the main double has an en-suite shower, and there is a second double and a twin room. The garden is enclosed by walls, with a small lawn, a patio, garden furniture and tropical shrubs. Off-road parking takes two small cars or one large one.

The cottage is pet-free and non-smoking, and arrivals are on Saturdays only. It suits a family of six, or friends sharing, who want a bathroom for every two people and a walled garden.
