Old Harbour Townhouse stands on three floors in Weymouth, with the harbour 0.4 miles away, a pub 0.1 miles and a shop 0.2 miles. The main living space is open plan, combining the kitchen, a dining table beside it and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, and there is also a separate sitting room. A starter pack for the stove is included in the rent along with fuel and power; guests bring their own logs, kindling and firelighters for the rest of the stay.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The first floor has a king-size room, and the second floor has another king-size room and a twin. A bathroom with a rolltop bath, handheld shower, basin and WC is joined by a shower room with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, two fridge/freezers, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and bed linen and towels are included. A cot and a highchair can be had for small children.

The rear garden is enclosed, with a patio and furniture, and two dogs are accepted. There are two Smart TVs, a selection of books and WiFi, and gas central heating. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

There is no parking at the property. A public car park is nearby, and roadside spaces are available when free. The house suits a family or group of up to six, with up to two dogs, who are happy to park away from the door and climb stairs between floors.
