Old Harbour View

Old Harbour View is a first-floor apartment in a development right on the harbourside by the town bridge in Weymouth. The front balcony has furniture and looks over the harbour, and in the height of summer the bridge opens every two hours during the day to let boats through. Restaurants and pubs are close, and the beach is 0.3 miles away.

A double bedroom with its own walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom sleep four between them, and a separate bathroom has a bath, a basin and a WC. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a TV and DVD. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is WiFi and gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Check the practical details before booking. The building entrance has three steps up from the street, and the apartment is reached by a lift or the stairs, so allow for using the stairs if the lift is out of order. The allocated underground bay measures 1.8m high, 2.3m wide and 5m deep, takes one vehicle only, and there is no alternative parking for the apartment. Festivals bring road closures and parking restrictions.

The apartment is adjacent to pubs, restaurants and a night club, so some noise may be heard. Pets are not accepted, the apartment is non-smoking, and the bedding and pillows are feather. The apartment suits two couples or a family with one car who want to be on the harbour.
