Shops, cafes and bars are within 100 yards of Old Malthouse Apartment, the quay is 30 yards off, and a pub is less than 0.1 miles away. The apartment is in the middle of Weymouth, with the river and harbour and the beach each 0.1 miles away.

Two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, sleep four, and the bathroom has a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC. Cooking, dining and sitting share one open-plan living area, which has a dining table for four, leather sofas and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A DAB radio, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi are included. Gas central heating is joined by underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen, and the rent takes in fuel and power, bed linen and towels.

For families there is a cot, a highchair and a fixed stairgate. Parking is by permit, and a permit is available. Winter, off-season and Christmas short breaks are offered. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The apartment is good for a couple with a baby, or for two couples who like having the harbour on the doorstep.
