A few steps up from the pavement lead into One @ No36, a duplex apartment over the ground and lower ground floors, directly opposite the beach in Weymouth. The living and dining room is on the ground floor and faces the sea. A flight of stairs leads down to the kitchen/diner, which has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower: the king-size is on the ground floor and the sea-facing twin on the lower ground floor. A family bathroom with a bath makes three bathrooms for four guests. A Smart TV, a selection of games, WiFi and a portable fan are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The rear courtyard has a dining set and a sofa set. One car fits in the parking space, which has direct access from the car park and a height limit of 2.35 metres. The nearest extra pay and display car park is at Weymouth Pavilion, a few minutes' walk away, and festivals bring road closures and parking restrictions.

Steps run down from the parking area to the rear entrance, there are internal stairs between the floors, and the building has no lift. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. It suits two couples or a small family comfortable with stairs, and it can be booked with other No36 apartments for a party of up to 14.
