Owls Annexe

Owls Annexe is a studio-style annexe in Highcliffe, near Christchurch. It is attached to the owners' home, has its own private entrance and was converted in 2026. It sleeps two, with a king-size bed in the same room as the sofa and kitchen.

The kitchen end has an electric hob, a microwave, an air fryer, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is a Smart TV, and the shower room has a walk-in shower and a WC. The annexe has CCTV on the property. Highcliffe Castle, which has a cafe and hosts exhibitions, is nearby, and the New Forest National Park is within reach for walking and cycling.

Outside is an enclosed courtyard garden with seating. A padlocked gate leads into it, which makes it a safe spot to leave bikes. There is no private parking: parking is on the street and depends on availability, so factor that in if you are arriving by car. The beach, a pub, a mini supermarket and shops are all within 0.7 miles. Christchurch is 3 miles away and Bournemouth 8 miles.

Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. It suits a couple who will walk to the sea and the local shops rather than drive.
