Oystercatcher - Wyke Regis

Oystercatcher is a house at Wyke Regis, near Weymouth, with Smallmouth Beach opposite and the beach less than 200 metres away. A shop is under 400 metres off and a pub within 500 metres. The owners live next door.

Downstairs, an entrance hall with a cloakroom WC and a new shower leads to an open-plan living space that runs from the front of the house to the back. The lounge has a Smart TV, then comes the dining space, and an archway leads on to the kitchen, which has a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

Upstairs, the double bedroom at the front has a balcony with seating from which you can take in the sea views. The bathroom, next door, has a bath and a WC. At the back are a twin room and a bunk room. The bunks are for children only and are offered on request, so ask when you book. No more than 2 children can be on one booking, and every guest must be added to the booking number. No adults may use the bunks.

An enclosed courtyard garden is reached from the dining area, with a patio, decking and furniture. The house has a private parking bay. Dogs cannot be brought. It can be booked alongside another property that sleeps a further 4 guests. The house suits a couple, or two adults with up to two children, who want the beach on their doorstep.
