Palm Gate

Palm Gate is a townhouse in Weymouth with a private parking area for two cars. A shop and a pub are 150 metres away and the beach is 0.5 miles. Gated side access lets guests store bikes or kayaks, at their own risk.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor. It has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and French doors lead to the garden. The first floor holds the lounge, with a Smart TV and a Juliet balcony, and one of the king-size bedrooms.

The second floor has a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower, a twin room and a bedroom with a 3ft single. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, and there is also a separate WC. The maximum occupancy is six.

The garden is enclosed, with a decked area, furniture and a lawn. Two dogs are allowed, with additional charges, but the house does not accept cats. The arrival time is 16:00 onwards and the departure time is before 10:00. Palm Gate suits a family or two couples travelling with dogs who want separate rooms, a garden and their own parking.
