Pam's House

Pam's House is in central Weymouth, within steps of the harbour. It is set over three floors: a duplex on the first and second floors, and a separate studio apartment on the ground floor. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the nearest pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.2 miles.

The duplex has three bedrooms. A king-size and a double, both with Smart TVs, are on the second floor, and a bunk room with a TV is on the first, alongside the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a breakfast bar, the family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower, and a cloakroom. The studio has one double bedroom, a living room with a breakfast bar, a utility room and a shower room.

There is no parking on site: guests use the metered car parks nearby, and the garage is not for guest use. The appliances include a washer/dryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a courtyard, and a travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available on request, though guests bring their own cot linen.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and some noise at night is to be expected in such a central spot. The property suits two households travelling together, since the ground-floor studio is a separate apartment from the duplex above.
