Panoramic View

Panoramic View is an apartment on the sixth floor of the Atlantic House complex in Castletown, on the Isle of Portland. The building has a lift, and the apartment has an allocated space in the complex car park for one car.

The complex has a shared indoor swimming pool and gym, entered with a key fob. The facility is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday, and it can close at any time for maintenance. Guests need to ring ahead to have the shared sauna and steam room switched on.

The living, kitchen and dining room is open plan, and a large balcony with seating, reached from the living room and both bedrooms, looks out to sea. The bedrooms are a double with an en-suite walk-in shower and a twin, and a separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

The apartment does not take children under six, pets or smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. A pub and a shop are within 0.25 miles, and a marina is also within walking distance. It suits two couples, or friends sharing, who want a pool and gym on site.
