Park Mews

Park Mews is a contemporary semi-detached house in the middle of Weymouth, with the beach 0.2 miles away and a shop and pub within 0.1 miles. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

An electronic gate leads into a communal courtyard, where the house has its own sheltered patio area. The courtyard garden itself is shared, and the patio is the part set aside for guests' private use, with a table and chairs. Inside, the open-plan living space puts the kitchen, a dining area with a breakfast bar and a sitting area with a Smart TV together, and there is a separate utility room. The appliances are a washing machine, a dishwasher, a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer.

For small children there is a travel cot, which fits in the twin room, plus a high chair and a stair gate. The heating is gas central, WiFi is available, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are covered. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Parking needs planning. The house has one on-road zone permit for the nearby area, valid until 30 April 2027 subject to council renewal, and a space cannot be guaranteed. Extra cars go in the pay and display parking on Park Street, a few minutes' walk away. It suits a family or two couples who would rather walk to the sand and the restaurants than drive.
