Pebbles Reach

Pebbles Reach is a terraced, three-storey house in Fortuneswell, on Portland. The first-floor sitting room has a large corner sofa and a Smart TV, and its large patio doors open onto an enclosed terrace with a patio, outdoor seating and a summer house. Central heating is fitted.

Three bedrooms sleep seven. On the second floor are the main double, which has sea views and an en-suite walk-in shower, and a family room with a double bed, a single bed and a TV. The twin room is on the first floor beside the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail. A cloakroom/utility room holds the washing machine.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and WiFi is included. Off-road parking takes two cars. Chesil Beach is 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.1 miles and the nearest shop 0.5 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The house suits a family or group of up to seven with a dog who want a private outdoor space and parking close to the beach.
