Pedaller's Cottage

Pedaller's Cottage stands in a quiet residential street close to the Old Harbour and Hope Square in Weymouth. It takes its name from the penny-farthing design of the gate. All three bedrooms are on the first floor, and up to six people can stay.

The kitchen has a dining area, a wood-burning stove and a selection of games, and logs can be arranged with the owner for an extra charge. The sitting room has an electric flame-effect fire in a feature fireplace. Other fittings include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, WiFi and gas central heating. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC, one room is a twin, and the third holds a single bed with a pull-out single. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, and there is a cloakroom on the ground floor. A cot and highchair are available, and guests bring their own cot linen.

The nearest pay-and-display parking is the Nothe Car Park, a few minutes' walk away. A shop and pub are 5 minutes away, and the beach is 1 mile off. Arrivals are on Saturdays only, a good-housekeeping bond is payable, and neither pets nor smoking are allowed. It suits a family or a group of friends who want to walk to the harbour.
