Pendower

Pendower is a split-level bungalow a short walk from the village of Charmouth, with sea views and large south-facing gardens that are enclosed. A veranda overlooks the gardens, and patio doors from the open-plan living space open onto them. The living space has wood flooring and large picture windows. Gas central heating with a gas fire is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a king-size with an en-suite shower, a double on the ground floor and a twin on the ground floor. A shower room has a walk-in shower, and there is a cloakroom. An upstairs snug adds more seating and a TV, and the house has two TVs and DVDs, plus wifi. The village of Charmouth has shops, a beach and the Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre.

The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine/tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Off-road parking takes two cars. The nearest shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles.

Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the gardens are a feature for them. Smoking is not allowed. The bungalow suits a family, or friends and couples, who are bringing dogs and want room outdoors.
