Penny Plot Cottage

Penny Plot Cottage is a detached, single-storey cottage in Lyme Regis, set in a generous private garden at the top of a quiet private road. Elevated views take in Lyme Bay and Golden Cap. French doors lead from the living area to the garden, and a small dining area and a kitchen sit alongside.

The one bedroom is a twin, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Gas central heating is fitted, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box. There is a TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a Bluetooth/CD player and wifi, and an arrival pack of milk, tea and local treats waits for guests.

The garden has a lawn, furniture and a small paddock, and parking is for two cars. A short downhill walk leads to the beach, shops and restaurants of Lyme Regis. The nearest shop is 0.6 miles away and the pub 0.4 miles.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Children are not allowed, so this is a stay for adults only, and smoking is not allowed either. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple, with or without dogs, who want a quiet base on a single level.
