Peregrine is a single-storey house in a residential part of Mudeford, near Christchurch. It sleeps four, with a king-size bedroom and a twin off the entrance hall. The edge of the New Forest National Park is 2 miles away.
The bathroom is opposite the entrance and has a bath, a separate shower and a TV at the end of the bath. The lounge/diner is on the right and has a Smart TV and doors to the garden, and the galley kitchen is at the back with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge with an ice compartment. A travel cot and a highchair are available.
The fully enclosed garden has a lawn, a patio, furniture and a barbecue area where you can put your own disposable barbecue on a brick-built stand. It can be reached from either the lounge or the kitchen. Off-road parking is for two cars. The beach, a pub and a shop are all within 800 metres.
Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am. With every room on one floor and a garden that is fully enclosed, it suits a couple with one or two children, or two couples.
