Squirrels

Squirrels is a two-bedroom house in Burton, a village 1.5 miles north of Christchurch. It sleeps four. The lounge and dining room share one large room, with three sofas, a Smart TV and a dining table with six chairs, so there is space for more people at a meal than the beds sleep.

The kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a microwave. Stairs lead to both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a fully tiled en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

Sliding patio doors from the lounge open onto the garden, which is enclosed, sunny and reached through a gate at the side of the house. It has a patio and wooden garden furniture for eating outdoors. Private parking is for three cars.

A pub is half a mile away, a shop is 1.5 miles away and the beach is 3 miles away. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am. It suits two couples, or a family of four who want a garden and space to spread out indoors.
