Pier View The Haven

Pier View, The Haven is a three-storey maisonette for four at the southern tip of Swanage Bay, in Swanage. Peveril Point and the pier are each 350 metres away, and the property stands right on the coast path, which can be followed in either direction. A private gate leads from the grounds down to the water's edge. The main beach is 0.5 miles away, as are the shop and the pub.

You enter on the ground floor, where a hall holds a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer and a cloakroom with a WC. Both bedrooms are doubles on the first floor, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom that has a bath and a handheld shower attachment. The living space is on the second floor: an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a Smart TV, a DVD player, and doors out to a Juliet balcony and a full balcony with a glass balustrade, a table and chairs. The kitchen has an electric fan oven, gas hob, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher.

Children under 5 are not accepted, and dogs are not allowed. Private parking is for two cars. The maisonette comes with a welcome pack. Beach towels are for guests to bring. Arrival is from 4pm, with departure before 10am.

It suits a couple, or two couples, without young children who want the coast path from the door and a balcony.
