Plain Sailing

Plain Sailing is a house on three floors in Weymouth that sleeps six. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach is 0.5 miles on foot. The Rodwell Trail begins close by, a traffic-free path of 3.5km from Westham Bridge to Ferry Bridge.

The second-floor king-size bedroom has a Smart TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The other two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and a cot and high chair are included. A separate shower room has a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC, and there is also a cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The kitchen/diner has an electric double oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and the sitting room has a Smart TV. The house has super-fast WiFi and gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Allocated off-road parking holds one car. The enclosed rear garden has a patio and furniture, and a shed is available for bikes and sports gear, left at guests' own risk. One well-behaved dog is welcome and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or a group of six with a dog and bikes to store, and only one car to park.
