Portland View

Portland View is a first-floor apartment at Portland Bill, on the Portland peninsula, with two bedrooms for four people. Both bedrooms have a super-king-size bed, and one has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A second shower room with the same fittings is separate.

The open-plan living room combines kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances are Bosch, including an induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a Tassimo coffee machine, and the electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer are there too. A Smart TV with a surround-sound speaker system, Fire Stick and Amazon Echo is provided, along with WiFi. Electric heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

The balcony has bistro seating and looks towards Portland Bill with sea views. Parking is free, in an allocated space in the car park marked Flat 10. A travel cot and highchair are available. The shop is 1.3 miles away, a pub 0.5 miles and the beach 3.1 miles. Easton Square, with local shops, is a five-minute drive, and Weymouth is 9 miles away.

No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits two couples or a family of four who want a balcony and a bathroom each.
