Quarr Lane Farm Lodge

Quarr Lane Farm Lodge is a studio-style lodge for two on a quiet, no-through country lane near Bridport, set next to the owner's home with privacy for guests. The nearest shop and pub are a mile off, with the beach 1.5 miles away.

From the two private grassed parking spaces, a path runs through the enclosed garden and up steps to the entrance. Inside is one open-plan room, with a lounge area and Smart TV under a large picture window, a dining space opposite and an L-shaped kitchen. A combination microwave oven and hob and a fridge with an ice compartment are the main appliances.

The double bed is an ottoman style with some storage underneath and sits behind a division at the rear of the room. One side is against the wall, so the bed can only be reached from the other. A shower room with WC leads off the sleeping area.

A raised terrace with furniture and far-reaching views leads down by steps to the enclosed garden. A barbecue is available on request. A Type 2 charger of 7.4 kW is at the property and the owners can lend a charging cable. Charging is paid in cash at the day's rate, with a small service charge added. A single dog is welcome, with an extra charge. The lodge suits a couple, with or without a dog, who want a single-room layout and a view from the deck.
