Quarr Lane Farm is a two-bedroom cottage for four, tucked back from the A35 along a narrow country lane, with Bridport 2 miles east. It is attached to the owners' home, with its own private entrance. The shop and pub are 1 mile away and the beach is 1.5 miles.

The lounge/diner has a wood burner (the first basket of logs is included) and a Smart TV, with wide views across the fields beside the property. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, and each has patio doors out to the garden.

Outside there is a compact rear terrace with furniture, a raised deck at the front with a picnic bench and a sloping lawn to the side. A barbecue is available on request, and an outside tap and hosepipe are there for muddy boots and paws. Private parking for four cars is at the front.

A Type 2 charger of 7.4 kW is at the property, and the owners can lend a charging cable. Charging is paid for in cash, at the rate of the day plus a small service charge. A booking can include two dogs, which carry an additional charge. The cottage suits two couples travelling together who want separate en-suite bedrooms, and it can be booked alongside the lodge next along the lane, subject to availability.
