Quay Cottage

Quay Cottage is a refurbished period terrace a few minutes from the Brewers Quay area and the harbour in Weymouth. Newton's Cove beach and Nothe Gardens are moments away, and the town centre and main beach are another five minutes' walk beyond Hope Square.

The house runs over three floors. The refitted kitchen has a breakfast table, the ground-floor sitting room has a dining area and an open fire, and a second sitting room on the top floor has games for children. Appliances include a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and there is a Blu-ray player, a music system, books and WiFi.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor: a king-size four-poster, a twin and a single, sleeping five in all. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available. At the back, a small enclosed patio garden has furniture.

Parking is on the road and depends on what is free; the nearest pay-and-display is the Nothe car park, a ten-minute walk. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a family or a group of friends who are happy with a house on several floors.
