Reaver

Reaver is a converted two-bedroom mews cottage near Hope Square in Weymouth. Shire Horses were stabled in the garage areas until several years ago. A shop, a pub and the harbour are five minutes' walk away.

The cottage is reached through electric gates, and one car can park in the covered allocated space. Inside, the sitting room has a dining area and the kitchen has an oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and toilet. The twin room holds one standard single bed and a second single of 2ft 6in, and floor space is very limited when both are in use. The bathroom has a bath and hand-held shower, and there is a cloakroom on the ground floor. A cot is available on request, and guests bring their own cot linen.

One dog is welcome, or the owners will consider two small dogs on enquiry. Smoking is not allowed. The WiFi is shared with a neighbouring property. The cottage suits a couple or a small family who want to park once and walk to the harbour.
