Rodwell Holt

Rodwell Holt is a first-floor apartment in Weymouth, with a designated parking space for one car and a secure shed that holds four bikes. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles, and the beach 0.5 miles.

The double bedroom has a TV, an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a furnished balcony that looks over the rear car park. The twin bedroom sits off the hallway and overlooks the back of the building. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, and the apartment sleeps four. A separate family bathroom has a bath, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The open-plan living space runs across the front of the building and combines a kitchen, a dining table set for four and a sitting area with a sofa and an armchair. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and electric scales. There are two TVs and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

A travel cot and plastic utensils are available for young children. The apartment is pet-free and non-smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond applies. The apartment suits a family of four, or two couples sharing, since the double bedroom has its own en-suite.
