Rose Cottage - Stoke Abbott

Rose Cottage is in the Dorset village of Stoke Abbott, near Beaminster, with the pub 0.5 miles away. You walk through the garden into a boot room, then into a lounge with exposed stone walls and a Smart TV. It sleeps four.

The log burner in the lounge is out of use, so the fire to use is the wood burner in the snug, which comes with a first basket of logs between October and March. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. They must be on leads in the fields around the cottage because of livestock. The shop is 1.5 miles away and the beach 8.5 miles. The cottage suits a family or two couples with a dog or two, who want a quiet village base.
