Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a single-storey, two-bedroom house in Swanage with its very own hot tub, which is in an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, a patio and a veranda with furniture. Off-road parking is available. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The shop is 0.8 miles away and the pub 0.5 miles.

Inside, the living and dining room has a woodburning stove and a double sofa bed, and the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The king-size bedroom and the twin bedroom each have their own TV. The bathroom has a corner bath, a handheld shower and a separate walk-in shower. There is WiFi, and gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Up to six can stay: the two bedrooms take four, and the sofa bed takes up to two more. Smoking is not allowed. Arrival days follow a pattern. In the school summer holidays, stays are seven nights with Saturday arrivals only, and outside them short breaks start on a Friday or a Monday. It suits a couple or a small family bringing a pet who want a hot tub and every room on one floor.
