Sands

Sands is a first-floor apartment in Swanage with its own ground-floor entrance and stairs up to the flat. The beach, the shop and the pub are all 0.5 miles away, and so is the Swanage steam railway. Durlston Country Park is 1.5 miles away, the pier 1 mile and Corfe Castle 5.5 miles.

The lounge/diner has a fabric sofa and a large dining set, and a TV with a sound bar and Bluetooth. The kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer box and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms: a king-size, and a twin whose zip-and-link beds can be joined into a king-size if you ask when booking. The family bathroom has a new walk-in shower and a WC.

The garden is shared. One car can park with the permit provided, and there is additional on-street parking. The garage has storage space for bikes but cannot be used for parking. Electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited at the property. Sands is a no-dogs property.

Sands suits a couple, or a family of four, who will not need to charge an electric car at the property and want the beach and town on foot.
