Sandy Combe is a reverse-level house in West Bay: the four bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living space is upstairs. It sleeps eight, with coastal views across West Bay, a shop and pub 0.3 miles away and the beach 0.2 miles.

The bedrooms are three doubles, one with a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, WC and bidet, and a twin. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath, a handheld shower, a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a WC and a bidet. There is also a utility room, and a garden room that is reached through the twin bedroom. Upstairs are the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a balcony, and a cloakroom.

The multi-level front garden has a lawn, decking, a swing seat and furniture, and the private balcony has a bench. The private driveway takes three cars. There are steps to the exterior of the house. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and the house has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Smart TV and WiFi.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The house suits an extended family or a group of friends, up to eight, who are happy with bedrooms downstairs and the living space upstairs.
