The front garden is private and furnished, and the driveway has off-road parking for three cars. Bikes and kayaks can be locked away in secure storage. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a stairgate is available for young children. The shop is 0.3 miles away, a pub 0.5 miles and the beach 0.6 miles.

One well-behaved pet is welcome. There is a three-night minimum stay, a good-housekeeping bond is payable, smoking is not allowed, and CCTV covers the exterior of the property. It suits a larger family or a group of friends who want a driveway, a garden and a beach 0.6 miles away.
