Sandy Haven

Sandy Haven is a ground-floor apartment in Swanage, with the pub 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.2 miles. The living/dining room is joined by a conservatory, and the kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. Sky WiFi, Netflix on catch up and a DVD player cover the evenings. The apartment sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and Swanage Railway and Swanage Pier are among the town's attractions.

The two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and the twin has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. A separate bathroom with a bath, a shower over, a basin and a heated towel rail serves the double. Central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, a rear garden has a lawn, a patio and furniture. Two shallow steps lead from the patio door down to the garden. One car fits in the allocated parking space, and the shop is 0.8 miles away.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not accepted. It suits two couples, or a small family, who want two bedrooms, a conservatory and a garden on one floor.
