Santiago House

Santiago House is a four-bedroom house over three floors in the middle of Weymouth, with the shop and pub 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.8 miles. It sleeps eight. The entrance is by an external staircase, which may not suit anyone with mobility problems.

The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, a large dining table and a sitting area with three sofas and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. On the second floor are a king-size bedroom and a single, and the other bedrooms are a twin and a family room with a super-king-size bed, a single and an en-suite walk-in shower. The bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower. WiFi, books, DVDs and children's toys are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

There is a Juliette balcony looking out over the town, and enclosed decking with garden furniture. Parking is gated and off-road, for two cars. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Each year the harbour and Hope Square close to traffic for two free festivals, Fayre In The Square in late May and the Wessex Folk Festival in early June, with some road closures and parking restrictions.

No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a large family or a group of friends sharing, and they should be comfortable with an outside staircase.
