Sea Breeze Weymouth

Sea Breeze is a two-storey cottage that looks out over the beach and the bay, 2 miles from Weymouth and 0.5 miles from Bowleaze Cove. The beach is 100 metres away, as is a beachside cafe and restaurant, with a pub at 120 metres and a shop at 150 metres.

The living area is open-plan, with the lounge, kitchen and diner together. There is a Smart TV and a table that opens up for cards or meals. The kitchen has been refurbished and has an electric oven, a four-ring induction hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, and there is a freezer in the hall cupboard. Glass doors slide back onto the patio, and a fan is available.

On the ground floor, the twin bedroom has a shower room and WC next door, so a stay can be kept to the lower level if you prefer. Upstairs is the double bedroom, with good storage and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a height restriction by the dormer window in this room. The double has far-reaching sea views over Weymouth Bay and Portland.

The patio has its own outdoor furniture and sits alongside an unfenced neighbouring patio. The neighbouring property, which sleeps four, can be booked with this one. From the parking space, a slope or steps lead to the door. One car can park off-road. No dogs are allowed here. It suits two couples or a family who want the beach in front of them.
