Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze is a mid-terrace cottage in Swanage, within walking distance of the sea front. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach is 1.2 miles, with a steam train on the doorstep and the ferry to Poole nearby. The cottage has views of the Purbeck hills, and the lounge has an electric fire that looks like a wood burner.

A hall with a downstairs cloakroom leads to the lounge and then to the kitchen/diner, where French doors open onto the patio. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin. The family bathroom has a bath. A highchair and travel cot can be provided on request, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

One car can park on the drive beside the neighbouring cottage, with more parking on Bell Street, 50 metres away. A few steps lead to the front path. The rear garden is enclosed, with a patio and furniture, there is an enclosed front patio, and a barbecue is available. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The cottage cannot take arrivals or departures on a Saturday, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family of four, or two couples, travelling with a dog.
