Sea Campion

Sea Campion is a detached house in West Bexington, renovated in 2021, with the beach within 200 metres, booked for eight guests. The layout is upside down: the first bedroom is on the ground floor, along with a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a Jack and Jill style shower room reached from either the utility room or the bedroom.

A staircase rises to the main living space on the first floor, which has panoramic sea views, a vaulted ceiling, a wood burner with the first basket of logs included and a 43-inch Smart TV with a sound bar. A kitchen with an island, an electric oven, a gas hob and a dishwasher sits beside the dining area. The other three bedrooms open off this room, and two of them have doors onto the full-width balcony at the front. Smart TVs are in the super-king bedrooms. Of the three bathrooms, the Jack and Jill shower room serves the ground-floor bedroom, and the others are an en-suite shower room and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The rear patio is secure and enclosed, with furniture, and a sloping lawn climbs behind the house with sea views at the top. Parking is off-road for three cars. A highchair and a travel cot are available. The Club House restaurant and bar is 0.4 miles away, while the nearest pub and shop are 4 miles away. A child's single bed can go in the double room and there is a sofa bed in the ground-floor bedroom.

Four dogs can stay here, and additional charges may apply. The house suits two families or friends who want to sit in the sea-facing room and are comfortable with a staircase to the main living space.
